Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • There is a 24 hour cancellation policy in effect for all appointments. If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance for any reason, a session will be deducted from your package.

  • I understand that if I wish to discontinue treatments on any pre-paid packages at any time, no refund will be provided.

  • While we do not provide refunds in general, we might provide company credits on a case by case basis if it is determined that a particular situation warrants it.

  • For all product sales, purchases made are final and no refunds or exchanges are available.

  • You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments & products. Exceptions might be made on a case by case basis.
